IQVIA is seeking a Regional Clinical Compliance Lead to lead a country- and site-level RCC team in Mexico City. The role combines people leadership with operational accountability to ensure high-quality risk-based compliance activities.

Responsibilities include guiding regulatory interpretation, overseeing inspections, and driving CAPA quality. Travel within the region may be required, with a focus on building capability and aligning with global strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field with 8+ years in clinical operations.
• 6+ years in a GCP/compliance role including people management (4+ years).
• Experience in oncology trials preferred.
• Deep knowledge of ICH, GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a regional clinical compliance team across multiple countries.
• Oversee inspections preparation, execution, and follow-up.
• Provide guidance on regulations and internal standards.
• Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, and compliance trends.
• Escalate critical issues to RCC EMEA and ensure CAPA effectiveness.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with QA, Clinical Operations, and Global Compliance.
