Resolv Global is seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This fully remote role focuses on connecting great talent with great opportunities across Mexico, with a strong emphasis on BPO recruitment and customer service, English and Spanish fluency, and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain pipelines, and contribute to hiring metrics while working

Formación

• Previous BPO recruitment experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices within Mexico.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience recruiting for customer service, sales, technical support, healthcare, or BPO-related roles.

• Support hiring initiatives and special recruitment projects as needed.

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a recruitment professional who is passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong experience recruiting within Mexico, previous BPO recruitment experience, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We are looking for someone dependable, driven, team-oriented, and excited about building a long-term career with a growing organization.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across multiple accounts and industries

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Standard schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time
• Must be available to work U.S. business hours

Compensation & Contract

• Competitive hourly rate paid in USD
• Compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications
• Independent Contractor
