Job summary

Blend360 is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for AI, Data Engineering, Data Science, BI, and Software Engineering across LATAM. You will work closely with U.S.-based hiring managers to drive fast-paced, high-volume recruiting for innovative tech teams.

This role requires strong knowledge of the local Mexican market to support expansion in the region and ensure a seamless candidate experience across multiple time zones.

• Proven sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting across AI, Data Engineering, Data Science, BI, and Software roles for LATAM.
• Coordinate interviews, project reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Assess English fluency, technical fit, and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate with U.S. hiring managers to ensure timely communication and updates.
• Lead kick-off meetings and maintain alignment with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Generate tech profiles and conduct ongoing market searches for references.
• Share market insights to support team growth in Mexico.

Job Description

We’relooking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for AI, Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Software Engineering roles across LATAM.You’llpartner closely with U.S.-based hiring managers and drive fast-paced, high-volume recruiting for innovative tech teams.

This role also requires strong knowledge of the local Mexican market to help support the expansion and growth of our team in the region.

What you’ll do

Manage end-to-end recruiting across multiple technical roles and projects.

Handle a large and dynamic interview pipeline, coordinating multiple stages, project reviews, and stakeholder meetings.

Source and interview candidates across LATAM using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing platforms.

Conduct screenings to evaluate English fluency, technical alignment, and cultural fit.

Partner closely with U.S. hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timelyupdates throughout all stages.

Lead and manage kick-off meetings and follow-up communication to maintainalignment with stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records in the ATS (SmartRecruitersexperience is a strong plus).

Ensure an excellent candidate experience and consistent follow-through across all interactions.

Generate tech profiles and conduct ongoing searches for job references.

Support the growth of our talent efforts in Mexico by providing guidance and market insights to the team based on local recruiting knowledge.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in high volumetechnical recruiting (AI, Data, or Software) across LATAM and global markets.

Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing, including Boolean searches and advanced filters.

Proven ability to manage multiple roles and high-volume pipelines while maintainingquality and organization.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management across time zones.

Experience recruiting within the local Mexican market, providing market insights and guidance to support team growth and regional expansion.

Proficient with AI sourcing andATS tools (SmartRecruiterspreferred).

Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

Background in Human Resources or related fields, with a focus on transparent and effective recruiting practices.
