InsideOut is seeking a Senior Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support the executive team in asset management and transaction coordination. This remote role handles lease modifications, due diligence, NNN reconciliations, listings, scheduling, and investor communications from a home office.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of real estate experience, a four-year degree, strong English skills, and proficiency with MS Office; AppFolio experience is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum three years of real estate experience (investment side preferred).
• A four-year degree or equivalent experience in business, math, or a technical field.
• Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional English skills; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support asset management and transaction coordination lifecycle.
• Assist with commercial due diligence and NNN reconciliations.
• Manage high-profile short-term rental listings and executive scheduling.
• Prepare documents, signatures, and investor communications in CRM.
• Coordinate with investors and vendors; track deadlines.
