Placements24 seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive strategic planning and financial decision-making in a fast-paced tech environment. You will build complex models, forecast performance, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a track record in corporate finance, and excellent communication. This is a fully remote position with collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) and financial software (ERP systems, BI tools).
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable with senior management.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations from budget and forecast.
• Support capital allocation decisions and investment analysis.
• Evaluate financial implications of new business initiatives and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial guidance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates on financial health.
• Assist in the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Identify and recommend cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.
