FORVIA HELLA is a global automotive supplier. The Quality Manager will lead the quality organization in Amexhe, Mexico, driving compliance with the HELLA Quality Management System and relevant QM standards to ensure top product quality.

The role includes training staff, implementing continuous improvement plans, managing audits, handling customer complaints, and coordinating plan-to-action for deviations and time-to-market quality. Fluency in English required.

Qualificações

• More than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Experience with quality management systems and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Quality organization to achieve business objectives and implement the HELLA Quality Management System.
• Fulfill customer-specific requirements based on the HELLA QMS to maintain competitiveness.
• Train employees to ensure qualifications and drive continuous improvement plans.
• Plan and supervise internal and external audits and manage deviations with corrective actions.
• Oversee product quality and support Time-to-Market quality targets.
