The LEGO Group in Mexico is seeking a Sr Quality Engineer for Moulding to join the QEHS team and ensure products meet premium quality and safety standards. You will act as a key contact for customers, lead quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate across Moulding and Engineering to strengthen processes and product quality.

Based in our manufacturing factory in Cienega de Flores, N.L., this role emphasizes translating quality data into decisions, driving local and global projects, and

Competenze

• Experience in quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies.
• Experience leading improvement projects and using data to support decisions.

Mansioni

• Support customers and follow up on quality complaints, including verification of corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide technical support for complex quality analyses and issues.
• Partner with Moulding Operations, Production Preparation, Engineering, and other teams to identify and implement improvements.
• Establish and apply clear criteria for acceptance or rejection of products.
• Monitor performance, analyze trends with quality tools, and maintain KPIs.
• Lead local and global quality projects.
• Maintain and improve FMEAs and Control Plans; share reports and knowledge with stakeholders.
• Promote a strong quality mindset and influence cross-functional teams to achieve quality levels.
• Make quality decisions regarding defects and process changes.
