Job summary

LEGO Group in Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León, Mexico seeks a Sr Quality Engineer for Moulding to ensure premium product quality and safety. You will lead quality improvements, translate data into decisions, and collaborate across Moulding and Engineering to strengthen processes and product quality.

You will drive local and global quality projects, maintain FMEAs and Control Plans, and influence cross-functional teams to achieve the required quality levels in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
• Proficiency with quality core tools (FMEA, Control Plans, MSA).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC methodology.
• Leading improvement projects using data to guide decisions.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and internal auditing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and follow up on quality complaints and CAPAs.
• Provide technical support for complex quality analyses and issues.
• Collaborate with Moulding, Production, and Engineering teams for improvements.
• Establish criteria for acceptance/rejection of products.
• Monitor KPIs and lead local/global quality projects.
