What You'll Own

• Drive the quality and reliability of critical payment platforms by leading end-to-end testing efforts across Mainframe applications, ensuring solutions perform accurately and consistently for clients and the business.
• Influence successful delivery outcomes by identifying risks early, validating complex business requirements, and ensuring new functionality enhances system performance without disrupting existing operations.
• Strengthen system integrity and operational confidence through expert execution of System Integration Testing (SIT), batch processing validation, and analysis of COBOL programs and Job Control Language (JCL) job streams.
• Accelerate issue resolution and continuous improvement by uncovering defects, performing root cause analysis, and partnering with technology and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Elevate testing excellence across the organization by sharing expertise, mentoring team members, and helping shape quality assurance practices that improve efficiency, scalability, and long-term business success.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of quality assurance and software testing experience, including extensive hands-on experience performing manual testing within enterprise environments.
• Strong Mainframe testing expertise, including COBOL, Job Control Language (JCL), Customer Information Control System (CICS), TSO/ISPF, and batch processing validation.
• Proven experience leading System Integration Testing (SIT), end-to-end testing, regression testing, and defect management efforts across complex business-critical applications.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective testing strategies, test scenarios, and measurable quality outcomes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and drive successful delivery results.

Its a Bonus If You Have

• Experience within the payments, banking, credit card processing, or financial services industry.
• Experience with performance and load testing, helping validate system scalability and operational readiness.
• Exposure to test automation and API testing tools such as Selenium, UFT, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, or SoapUI.
