Qualifications

• 8+ years of quality assurance and software testing experience.
• Strong Mainframe testing expertise with COBOL, JCL, CICS, TSO/ISPF.
• Proven SIT, end-to-end testing, regression testing and defect management.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into testing strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to influence stakeholders.
