LIXIL Water Technology Americas is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer in Nuevo León, Ciénega de Flores, to ensure production processes meet quality standards and KPIs. The role collaborates across production, process teams and supplier quality to deliver high-quality products.

The ideal candidate has ISO 9001 knowledge, core quality tools proficiency, and strong root cause analysis skills, with fluent English and ability to communicate with top management.

Formación

• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving methods.
• Experience with core quality tools (A3, 8D, PFMEA).
• Ability to present to top management.

Responsabilidades

• Define, control and place strategies to ensure plant KPIs are within the goal: Warranties and Failure Cost.
• Review, create and maintain Control Plans and PFMEA with production teams.
• Ensure internal audits, LPAs and process audits are performed.
• Lead root cause analysis on customer complaints and nonconformances; implement corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop personnel under responsibility.
