La empresa LIXIL Water Technology Americas en México busca un/a supervisor de producción para gestionar operaciones diarias en su área designada, asegurando la calidad y la seguridad de las personas y del proceso.

Responsable de coordinar producción, mantenimiento preventivo, 5S, supervisión de personal y cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, con 1–2 años de experiencia y habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

Qualifications

Ingeniería IMA, IME, II, Técnico o similar.
1 a 2 años de experiencia en el mismo puesto o responsabilidades similares.
Experiencia liderando grupos de personas, alto compromiso y enfoque en cumplir objetivos.
Habilidades de comunicación, solución de problemas, trabajo en equipo, enfoque en resultados.

Responsibilities

Carry out daily production operations in accordance with production demand; define priorities and sequencing in the production area.
Support all EHS programs and activities in order to reduce and eliminate safety incidents in the area.
Verify the quality of the products in each of the production cells or machines.
Implement the necessary strategies to meet daily production schedules.
Coordinate with the maintenance department regarding the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment under your responsibility.
Maintain the 5S program in the area.
Supervise the staff under your supervision and evaluate their performance.
Ensure that the staff under your supervision comply with quality and safety procedures to meet quality requirements and protect the physical well-being of workers.
Ensure and assist in the development and training of the staff under your supervision in accordance with the programs established by Human Resources and other departments.
Oversee the inspection of manufactured parts.
