Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive quality engineering for a real estate appraisal platform. You will architect scalable test automation frameworks and mentor team members while leveraging AI/LLM tools to enhance testing efficiency.

You will own automated testing across web apps, APIs, and backend services, integrate regression suites into CI/CD, validate REST APIs, and define KPIs for release readiness in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience and strong experience designing and scaling test automation.
• Hands-on experience applying Generative AI/LLMs in QA workflows at scale.
• Proven expertise with automation frameworks, including design from the ground up.
• Strong proficiency in at least one automation language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, databases, and advanced test design techniques.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and experience in mature delivery organizations.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring QA engineers and leading quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for web apps, APIs, and backend services.
• Define and drive the test automation strategy, standards, and best practices.
• Lead adoption of Generative AI/LLMs for intelligent test case generation and data synthesis.
• Integrate automated regression testing into CI/CD pipelines for reliability and scalability.
• Define and oversee execution of test plans, regression suites, and exploratory testing strategies.
• Lead API validation, data integrity checks, and client-to-cloud interactions in distributed systems.
