Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional QA experience with web testing and automation.
- Experience scaling test automation in teams primarily using manual testing.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and defect tracking processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication; collaborative work style.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in design reviews, test strategies and risk assessments.
- Lead transition from manual to automated testing with scalable solutions.
- Select/configure/maintain automation tools like Playwright.
- Design, execute and maintain system and regression tests.
- Create test data and regression suites; mentor juniors.
