Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our IT department in Queretaro, Mexico. You will drive automation initiatives, transition from manual to automated testing, and strengthen our testing capabilities across the software stack.

Applicants should have 5+ years in web testing, experience scaling automation, and strong English communication. This role emphasizes QA leadership, collaboration, and creating robust test strategies for high-impact projects.

Formación

• 5+ years in web testing and automation.
• Experience scaling test automation in teams with manual testing.
• Good knowledge of automated test tools and platforms.
• Strong QA methodologies, test design, and defect tracking.
• Clear and professional English communication.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates in software design discussions, reviews, and test strategy sessions.
• Lead transition from manual to automated testing with scalable solutions.
• Select, configure, and maintain automation tools (Playwright or equivalent).
• Perform risk and impact analysis and recommend solutions.
• Provide QA estimates for resource and project planning.
• Design, execute, and maintain system and regression tests.
• Create test data and maintain regression test suites.
• Apply knowledge of SQL and Azure DevOps.
• Mentor junior team members on applications and job functions.
• Represent QA leadership at status and technical meetings.
