Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own test strategy for RESTful APIs and backend systems, driving automation and quality across products. You will work independently, partnering with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high standards and scalable testing practices.

Responsibilities include designing test strategies, translating requirements into test plans, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in automation testing for web, mobile and/or backend.
• Experience with API testing and performance testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD with Jenkins and GitHub workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for RESTful APIs and backend systems.
• Translate product and system requirements into detailed test plans and test cases.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and accessibility testing.
• Monitor and analyze test results, report defects, and follow through on resolution.
