Perficient is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright and C# to support QA initiatives across Publix systems and data integration platforms. The role combines test automation development, API testing, and manual validation within an Agile environment.

The candidate will design, develop, maintain automated frameworks, perform functional and end-to-end testing, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to drive quality.

Formación

• Experience with Playwright and C# for test automation development.
• Experience with Selenium or Cypress automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or RestSharp.
• Strong understanding of Web UI automation testing principles.
• Experience creating automated tests within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, TestRail, Git, Visual Studio and SpecFlow.
• Experience with SQL, including writing and validating complex queries.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test frameworks and test scripts for web applications, APIs, and system integrations.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Publix systems and data integration solutions.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous quality validation.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, and testing documentation.
• Perform API testing and validation to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and system interoperability.
• Execute cross-browser, responsive, and compatibility testing across multiple platforms and devices.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable quality metrics and recommendations.
• Leverage AI-assisted development and testing tools to improve productivity and testing efficiency.
