Mroads in Mexico City is seeking a seasoned QA Automation Engineer to lead automated testing initiatives across UI, API, and integration layers. The role emphasizes hands-on coding, designing scalable frameworks with Playwright and Selenium, and driving quality in an Agile environment through robust test suites.

You will integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, validate REST APIs, and collaborate with developers to reduce defects and accelerate delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• API Testing using REST Assured, Postman, ReadyAPI, or similar tools.
• Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP methods, and API validation.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium WebDriver.
• Create and execute automated UI, API, and regression test suites.
• Develop API automation using REST Assured, Postman, ReadyAPI, or similar tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and collaborate with developers to resolve.
