Avenue Code is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for end-to-end testing of web applications and APIs.

You will collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and Scrum teams to validate requirements, implement efficient testing strategies, and continuously improve quality. Strong Playwright experience and CI/CD integration are required, with broader automation tooling and cloud knowledge a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience building and implementing test automation solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (required).
• Strong experience with automated testing for Web applications APIs End-to-end testing.
• Strong experience with API validation tools and frameworks such as Postman, REST, Assured, Karate, SoapUI.
• Experience validating relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Nice to Have: Selenium or Cucumber; basic GCP/cloud experience; performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling); mobile automation; Allure; quality strategies and automation best practices.
