Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in web testing and automation.
- Experience introducing or scaling test automation in teams that primarily use manual testing.
- Knowledge of automated test tools and testing platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates in software design discussions, reviews, and test strategy sessions.
- Lead the transition from manual to automated testing by identifying opportunities and implementing automation frameworks.
- Select, configure, and maintain automation tools (Playwright or equivalent).
- Provide QA estimates for resource and project planning.
- Design, execute, and maintain system and regression tests.
- Mentor junior team members on applications and job functions.
