Formación

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL.
• Git workflows and versioning practices.
• Strong testing and CI/CD fundamentals.
• English at professional level or higher (B2/C1).
• Practical use of Claude or Copilot for coding, refactoring, debugging, and test generation.
• Ability to write high-quality prompts for technical tasks.
• Awareness of data security and IP/confidentiality when using AI tools.

Role Summary:

Design, build, and operate robust backend services in Python, using AI tools such as Claude and Copilot responsibly to improve productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integration components.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and perform quality code reviews.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and production troubleshooting.
• Apply secure coding, observability, reliability, and performance best practices.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Architecture, Security, Data teams, and product stakeholders.

AI Skills for This Role:

• Practical use of Claude/Copilot for coding, refactoring, debugging, and test generation.
• Ability to write high-quality prompts for technical tasks.
• Ability to critically review and harden AI-generated code.
• Awareness of data security and IP/confidentiality constraints when using AI tools.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python.
• Solid experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and Git workflows.
• Strong testing practices and CI/CD fundamentals.
• English proficiency: professional working level or above (B2/C1 preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with DDD, clean architecture, and design patterns.
• Prior experience in financial services.
