ABB in Mexico is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Manager to lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource coordination in the regional distribution center or local Sales organization.

You will drive on-time delivery improvements, align planning with execution, and collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain to enable profitable order fulfilment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or Electronics.
• 9+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement execution in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience supporting Make-to-Order (MTO) operations preferred.
• Previous experience in electrical, electronics, automation, or industrial manufacturing sectors desirable.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, purchase order management, and supplier follow-up.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power BI & Power Point.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate planning data, identify risks, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Effective verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in the regional distribution center or local Sales organization.
• Drive planning initiatives to improve on-time delivery and lead time.
• Ensure adherence to inventory and supply plan.
• Own the site supply planning process.
• Provide visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the S&OP process.
• Run short-term planning or S&OE processes and align planning with execution.
• Support profitable execution of customer orders in coordination with business functions and Supply units.
