Dematic is seeking an Engineering Manager for GPE MTY to lead a team of 20+ engineers, aligning skill development with project goals across multiple US projects. You will manage scope, budget, and schedules under SoW, while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires collaboration with regional managers and cross-functional teams and travel up to 50% to customer sites and Dematic offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls; advanced degree not required.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in related field; mgt experience a plus.
• Ability to lead a distributed, cross-functional team and coordinate with regional managers.

Responsabilités

• Lead 20+ engineers to develop and enhance commissioning and admin activities across multiple US projects.
• Identify skill gaps and opportunities for employee development and process improvements.
• Oversee scope, budget, and schedules per SoW; ensure adherence to quality processes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with remote teams; manage scheduling and resource loading; provide technical guidance.
