Nexon Automation, a leading automation solutions provider in the automotive sector, seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee planning, implementation, and quality of automation projects. You will coordinate resources, manage teams across departments, and maintain client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include applying PM methodologies, tracking milestones and budgets, and driving continuous improvement with agile practices. Travel availability is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related Science discipline (Professional License is required).
• Master in Manufacturing Systems or Business is required.
• Languages: Advanced English (Mandatory).
• Passport and VISA are required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures that business projects are executed efficiently and effectively by implementing project management methodologies, standards, and tools within the defined framework.
• Leads and promotes project lifecycle concepts, including planning, resource management, execution, monitoring, control, and closeout, with adoption of modern and agile management methodologies.
• Manages customer relationships for assigned projects, informs on status, progress, risks, and countermeasures; schedules meetings and prepares reports.
• Manages financial resources allocated to each project and maintains records; conducts planning activities and identifies risks with countermeasures.
• Oversees work teams across departments; facilitates planning, solution development, and information flow.
• During execution, assigns activities, monitors progress, and coordinates with technical departments to ensure delivery.
• Participates in defining project scope, engages stakeholders, and ensures technical feasibility of the delivered solution.
• Establishes business relationships with customers and identifies new opportunities with the Commercial Department.
