Sulzer in Cuautitlán Izcalli seeks a Project Director to lead and deliver major industrial projects from award to closeout. You will own safety, quality, schedule, profitability, cash flow, contract compliance, risk management, and customer satisfaction while interfacing with customer leadership, partners, and senior management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field or related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience leading complex industrial projects.
• 5+ years leading large multidisciplinary project teams.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct major projects from contract award through final project closeout.
• Establish execution strategy, governance, staffing, and communication framework.
• Lead Project Managers and core project teams; define objectives and milestones.
• Ensure contractual alignment, deliverables, and milestones are fulfilled.
• Own project profitability, budgets, change orders, and cash flow.
• Maintain executive-level customer relationships and conduct reviews.
• Oversee project controls, risk reviews, and performance reporting.
• Identify and manage risks across technical, commercial, and operational areas.
