Sulzer is seeking a Senior Business Controller in Cuautitlán Izcalli to serve as the financial liaison between local manufacturing operations and the Center of Excellence, driving financial coordination for Latin America. The role covers budgeting, rolling forecasts, inventory management, project tracking, and revenue recognition with SAP.

You will deliver actionable insights to improve cost control and profitability in a global engineering environment.

Formación

• University degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 7+ years of controlling experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong cost controlling, budgeting, and financial planning skills.
• Experience using SAP; knowledge of Tagetik and Qlik Sense is a plus.

Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.# About the roleJob Summary The Senior Business Controller services as the primary financial liasion between local manufacturing operations and the Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring seamless coordination and effective execution of key financial and project management activities. This position has responsibility for all of Latin America.Key Responsibilities:* Overseeing the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities for inventory management, backlog tracking, customer order profitability, and utilization metrics.* Leading strategic planning to align sales and operations, large captial projects, and working capital planning.* Managing and tracking capital and operating projects, including billing and revenue recognition to ensure financial objectives are met.* Develop the annual budget and manage detailed financial planning for country-specific operations* Refresh rolling forecasts to reflect changing business and economic conditions* Perform plan analytics to identify risks and opportunitites, develop risk management strategies, and provide actionable insights to mitigate financial risks.* Define costing outcomes, develop cost frameworks, and ensure accurate cost control with a focus on optimizing local operations.What you bring:* University degree in Finance or Accoutning* Proven track record in inventory management, cost control, and project management* At least 7 years of experience with Controlling in a manufacturing or industrial enviroment.* Strong understanding of cost controlling, budgeting, and financial planning.* Experience with SAP* Experience with Tagetik and Qlik Sense is a plus# What we offer youWe offer:* Benefits Over Law* Savings Fund* Training* Christmas bonus over low* Development planSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
