Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a similar automotive purchasing role.

• Strong budget management and program purchasing experience (USD 300M).
• Advanced English skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing performance programs across development phases with input from acquisition and program teams.
• Oversee supplier selection, negotiate complex contracts, and align with commodity strategies.
• Monitor program costs, delivery, and quality per APQP; drive corrective actions and risk mitigation.
• Provide regular program reporting to Finance, Engineering, and Operations; manage a team of program buyers.
