Scalepex is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi-stream technical projects for top clients. You will plan scope, budgets, and timelines, manage risks, and coordinate across software architects, engineers, and product teams.

You will drive communications with stakeholders, diagnose technical issues, and ensure industry-standard compliance while delivering on schedule and within budget.

Formación

• Extensive experience owning complex multi-stream programs across departments.
• Experience working with JIRA.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and execution: Developing the program's scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline, and ensuring that the program is delivered on time and within budget
• Risk management: Identifying potential risks and threats, and analyzing and overcoming them
• Communication: Maintaining open communication with stakeholders, and regularly updating them on the program's progress, risks, and changes
• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including software architects, engineers, developers, and product teams
• Technical expertise: Diagnosing technical issues and providing solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Project management: Managing project escalations, and helping to assemble project teams
• Reporting: Producing program reports for managers and stakeholders, and communicating development progress to senior managers
