Scalepex is seeking a Product Manager to craft and manage roadmaps for a range of digital products in an agile environment. You will collaborate with design, content, dev and optimization teams to shape product visions, business cases, and high-level user stories, while prioritizing initiatives with business partners.

You will guide and mentor other product managers, balancing business needs with user insights and continuously learning from customers to drive commercial success.

Formación

• Experience delivering digital products in an agile environment.
• Experience guiding and/or line managing other product managers.
• User-centered PM who balances business needs with user insights.
• Strong ability to articulate value to customers and business.
• Familiarity with product strategy techniques and backlog management.

Responsabilidades

• Craft and manage roadmaps for digital products, from strategic planning to optimization.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams in product development, defining visions, business cases, user stories, and prioritization.
• Plan and prioritize business initiatives with partners to align with strategy.
• Build and support business cases for new digital capabilities.
• Evaluate sprints to ensure delivery of business benefits and take corrective action.
• Coach product managers with ongoing support and feedback.
