Allegion seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of product-centric programs from concept to production, partnering with Product Managers, PMO Leadership, and cross-functional teams.

You will establish execution strategy, schedule, budget, and resource plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery while preserving quality and alignment with business goals. Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, or engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Program Management, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or other PM Certifications preferred.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and prioritize a portfolio of programs, objectives, scope/requirements, dependencies, resource needs and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams to establish project execution strategy, schedule, budget, and resource needs.
• Continuously monitor and drive project activities, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Elevate issues and mitigation recommendations to upper management as needed.
• Resolve people and team dynamic issues for effective performance and handoffs.
• Coordinate interdependencies with other projects and schedule status reviews with Senior Management.
• Coach team members on Allegion Product Development Process and project management fundamentals.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally as needed.
