We're seeking a Senior Director, Professional Services – LATAM, passionate about driving growth, leadership, and strategic vision. You will lead the evolution of our Latam-based services teams across the full value chain (Advise, Implement & Operate – PS) to accelerate customer value and deliver exceptional outcomes. Reporting to the Global CoE Head, you will be the accountable leader for all aspects of our professional services practice including services expansion, delivery, and operations.

Location note: candidates located in Mexico City or Monterrey are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the LatAm professional services organization, building a high-performing team recognized as best in class.
  • Drive customer value realization, revenue growth, high customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Act as a customer success evangelist, championing ServiceNow solutions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.

  • Drive deal size, win rate, pipeline, and backlog through industry focus and quality delivery.

Experience & Requirements

  • Proven direct experience building a Professional Services practice in an enterprise setting with revenues of $30M+.
  • Enterprise client experience leading projects and delivery units with local and global AAA clients (e.g., Femsa, Cemex, Banorte, Liverpool, Bimbo, Grupo México, etc.).
  • Strong cultural fit with CoreX values and objectives; stable, long tenures; customer-centric mindset with empathy for client objectives.
  • Ability to understand business needs, adapt to client timelines, and negotiate effectively; cross-team collaboration mindset.
  • Experience building long-term client relationships that generate ongoing business and referrals.
  • Travel approximately 20% of the time; location: CDMX or Monterrey, N.L.
