• 5+ years in server infrastructure or systems administration, including on-call rotation.
• Proficiency deploying/managing RHEL and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS management, and SSL lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS and supporting databases (MS SQL/MySQL).
• Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage lifecycle of RHEL and Windows servers from deployment to decommissioning.
• Monitor backups, disaster recovery plans, and system restoration processes.
• Ensure reliability and security through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and patching.
• Own technical incidents and fulfill service requests within an ITIL framework.
• Manage identity and access services including AD, DNS, and SSL certificates.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams on infrastructure projects and cloud initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and manage the lifecycle of our RHEL and Windows servers, from initial deployment to final decommissioning.
• Monitor and maintain daily backup processes, disaster recovery plans, and system restoration
• Ensure rock-solid reliability and security through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and scheduled patching.
• Take ownership of technical challenges, resolving critical incidents and fulfilling service requests within an ITIL framework.
• Manage core identity and access services, including Active Directory, DNS, and SSL certificates, to maintain a secure environment.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver infrastructure projects and support our ongoing cloud journey.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in server infrastructure or systems administration, including experience in an on-call rotation.
• Deep proficiency in deploying and managing both RHEL and Windows Server environments.
• Solid experience with Active Directory, DNS management, and SSL certificate lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of a major cloud platform (Azure or AWS) and operational support for database environments (MS SQL/MySQL).
• A degree in a relevant IT field or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
