Responsibilities include detailed production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory control, and cross‑functional collaboration with procurement, quality, and engineering. A strong analytical mindset and ERP/Excel proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in production planning or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in production planning software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning principles.

Responsabilidades

• Production Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed production schedules to meet demand forecasts and customer orders.
• Resource Management: Determine material and labor requirements to support production schedules.
• Capacity Planning: Assess production capacity and identify constraints or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.
• Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with departments to align efforts and resolve issues.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze production data and generate KPIs to identify improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.
