Vertiv Group is seeking a Production Manager to coordinate production schedules, optimize manufacturing processes, and lead the production team to deliver high-quality products on time. The ideal candidate will oversee planning, resource management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, procurement, and engineering to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within HVAC or related industry.
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role leading production teams.
• Strong leadership, team-building, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional reporting.
• Commitment to quality control and safe manufacturing practices.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software/ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Master's degree or additional certifications in production management or quality control.

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules and plans to meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
• Manage production resources including materials, equipment, and personnel to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Communicate production updates and KPI results to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D during new product introductions or enhancements.
• Ensure smooth transition from prototype to production and address manufacturing challenges.
• Identify opportunities for lean initiatives and cost-saving improvements.
• Provide leadership to production teams, including supervisors and line workers.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
