Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking a Production Manager to plan, organize, and direct all production activities to ensure goods meet volume, quality, and cost targets within set timeframes. The role emphasizes leadership, TPM, and continuous improvement across the business unit, with a focus on SQCDP performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising senior staff, ensuring health and safety compliance, conducting appraisals, and driving OEE improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired with TPS exposure.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control production to meet volume, quality and cost within timelines.
• Lead daily, weekly and monthly meetings and drive continuous improvement and delegation.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental rules and ensure standards are respected.
• Be responsible for SQCDP performance and profitability of the APU and target achievement.
