Job summary

BRP in Mexico seeks a Production Leader to directly drive line productivity by coordinating with the service department and handling emergencies to meet production targets.

You will lead health and safety, implement lean initiatives, and champion BRP culture by guiding supervisors, monitoring KPIs, and driving cost efficiencies while ensuring a safe, high-performing production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Administration
• At least 5 years of experience in Team management (Preferably assembly systems, manufacturing or automotive)

Responsibilities

• Lead, ensure and maintain an environment in compliance with Health and Safety standards.
• Identify Safety top risks and lead multi departmental projects to mitigate risks.
• Accountable of Meet Index Rates objectives and generate contention and solution.
• Responsible for ensuring safety rules compliance across all areas.
• Participate in Gemba’s and 5S audits, generating action plans to improve.
• Promote BRP culture and lead workforce development and onboarding.
• Build strategies to elevate Quality KPI's, monitor VSM and Kaizen initiatives.
• Enforce and maintain BRPMS mindset and lean culture across teams.
• Ensure continuity of operation by tracking KPIs with support areas and escalating when needed.
• Control costs and budget, manage overheads and overtime, and pursue savings.
