Job summary

The role requires coordinating a large workforce, implementing lean principles, and ensuring on-time delivery for orders across multiple lines with varying volumes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Production Leader, Junior Production Manager, or in similar roles.
• Experience managing hourly and salaried employees (workforce of 120+).
• Experience managing production schedules.
• Experience with SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• APICS certification.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the annual production budget for multiple lines and drive corrective actions for cost issues.
• Manage resources across lines with 55–200 employees per shift and 100–250 sections per week.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize operational performance across lines.
• Ensure alignment with customer requirements by managing mid-complexity orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence to implement lean manufacturing and optimize capacity.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce non-value-added costs and improve yield.
• Provide support to Customer Service & Sales to ensure orders align with revenue targets.
• Monitor safety and compliance with HSE directives across all lines.
