IMI plc is seeking a Business Unit Coordinator in Querétaro to manage resources and deliver products on time while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. This role emphasizes safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement within a collaborative, inclusive environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with HR for staff development, and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards. A strong emphasis on results and effective communication is essential.

Formación

• Engineering bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in the position.
• Experience with ISO 9001 standards and Lean tools.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental policies.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental policies and programs.
• Establish manufacturing plans to meet safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost objectives.
• Manage human resources, machinery and equipment to meet demand with quality and cost targets.
• Implement continuous improvement plans in production, manufacturing, quality and cost processes.
• Identify training needs and develop personnel career plans in collaboration with HR.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team to address quality issues and implement action plans.
• Define and manage resources to achieve business unit objectives including indirect expenses.
