Paystand is a blockchain-enabled B2B payments network seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the full development lifecycle of the platform. You will bridge technical complexity with user value, unblock engineering teams, and drive rapid feature delivery across end-to-end payment workflows.

Candidates should bring 5+ years in B2B SaaS/fintech product roles, hands-on engineering collaboration, API and cloud-native fluency, and a proven ability to ship high-impact features in fast-paced

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or complex platforms.
• Operator mindset: hands-on with engineers to solve blockers.
• Proficient with APIs, data schemas, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven track record of shipping complex features in high-velocity environments.
• Ability to decompose financial workflows into manageable components.

Responsabilidades

• Payment Workflow Optimization across end-to-end B2B processes (AR/AP).
• Improve core payment infrastructure reliability, scalability, and latency.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and integrate payment service providers and partners.
• Define KPIs and OKRs for the domain.
• Drive lifecycle features from invoicing to automated reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and partners to improve gateways, APIs, and embedded experiences.
• Oversee compliance and security standards across processing channels.
