NIQ in Veracruz is looking for a senior Product Manager to own end-to-end delivery of data-driven product initiatives across Engineering, Data Science, UX, and business stakeholders. You will lead a cross-functional pod, align on roadmap, prioritize backlog, define success metrics, and partner with retail media and marketing tech domains to deliver measurable customer and revenue outcomes.

Responsabilidades

  • Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate delivery through PI planning, execution, and review cycles.

  • Leverage market trends and customer needs to inform roadmap and prioritization.
  • Work with UX to design intuitive workflows and clear product documentation (Figma, acceptance criteria).
  • Support commercial teams and translate analytical outputs into business value.
  • Build partnerships across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Lead a cross-functional product pod to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end delivery, manage risks, dependencies, and execution progress.
  • Collaborate with Engineering leadership on capacity planning and release readiness.
  • Own roadmap for retail media activation, audience targeting, and personalized offer management.
  • Define capabilities for segmentation, targeting, recommendation systems, campaign execution and measurement.
  • Coordinate integrations with retail media networks, CRM, and ad‑tech ecosystems.
  • Support monetization strategy and media revenue growth through product capabilities.
  • Define and track product, adoption, operational, and business KPIs.

Job Description
Key responsibilities
  • Product Requirements & Prioritization: Create and maintain a well‑defined, prioritized product backlog aligned with business and product objectives.

  • PI Planning and Execution: Coordinate delivery through PI planning, execution, and review cycles to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

  • Collaboration with Data Science: Partner with data science to identify models, validate outputs, and ensure analytical robustness.

  • Technical Collaboration & Architecture Alignment: Work closely with Engineering to ensure scalable, efficient, and feasible solutions aligned to platform architecture.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Leverage market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to inform roadmap and prioritization.

  • User Experience: Collaborate with UX to design intuitive workflows and ensure clear product documentation (Figma, acceptance criteria).

  • Product Advocacy & Enablement: Support commercial teams and translate analytical outputs into clear business value.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Lead a cross-functional product pod, driving alignment across Engineering, Data Science, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

  • Partner with Engineering leadership to support capacity planning, release readiness, and successful product delivery.

  • Own roadmap for retail media activation, audience targeting, and personalized offer management.

  • Define capabilities for segmentation, targeting, recommendation systems, campaign execution and measurement.

  • Partner on integrations with retail media networks, CRM systems, and ad‑tech ecosystems.

  • Support monetization strategy and media revenue growth through product capabilities.

  • Define and track product, adoption, operational, and business KPIs to continuously improve product performance, customer value realization, and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Analytical skills: Strong problem‑solving skills with high data literacy and ability to interpret models and outputs.

  • Experience: 6+ years in Product Management building data‑driven or analytical products at scale.

  • Experience leading cross‑functional product teams and driving execution across Engineering, Data Science, UX, and business stakeholders.

  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution focus.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

  • Experience presenting product strategy, roadmap decisions, and delivery status to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

  • Tools: Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, Figma; familiarity with agile methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of Agile product delivery frameworks, including Scrum, SAFe, or similar approaches.

  • Experience defining success metrics, measuring product adoption, and driving business outcomes through data‑driven decision making.

  • Domain expertise in retail media, audience targeting, personalization, customer engagement, marketing technology, advertising technology, or related digital commerce solutions.

  • Experience working with AI/ML-driven products, recommendation systems, audience targeting solutions, personalization engines, or marketing optimization platforms.
