NIQ seeks a leadership role to improve productivity, quality, and delivery across Mexico IV Operations while implementing AI-driven solutions to reduce manual effort and scale operations. You will lead AI and automation initiatives and partner with Product, Technology, Data Science, Quality, and Operations teams to drive transformation projects.

Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, Python, and Generative AI are essential to translate business challenges

Formación

• 5+ years leading operational teams in shared services, data operations, BPO, business operations, or similar environments.
• Experience leading operational transformation, process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, Python, or similar.
• Knowledge of Generative AI use cases and the ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

Leading AI and automation initiatives across Input Validation operations.

Identifying inefficiencies and converting them into measurable improvement opportunities.

Partnering with Product, Technology, Data Science, Quality, and Operations teams to deliver transformation projects.

Driving improvements in productivity, First Time Right (FTR), quality, and SLA performance.

Building dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data-driven governance models to support decision-making.

Developing AI capabilities and change adoption across operational teams

Qualifications

About you

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of Input Validation operations in Mexico, lead high-visibility transformation initiatives, and directly influence how AI is adopted to improve operational performance across the organization.

Requirements

5+ years leading operational teams in shared services, data operations, BPO, business operations, or similar environments.

Experience leading operational transformation, process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, Python, or similar.

Knowledge of Generative AI use cases and the ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
