Copeland LP is seeking a Product Engineer III-2 to provide strategic leadership for electronics product engineering at our Chihuahua, Mexico location. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure rigorous technical documentation, and drive new product development with timely decisions.

The role requires a bachelor's in science engineering, 10 years of experience, and English proficiency. Occasional travel and collaboration with global teams are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering related to Electronics or Mechatronics.
• 10+ years of experience in product engineering.
• TOEFL score ≥ 300 or equivalent English proficiency.
• Occasional travel to support global teams.
• Secondary language: English.

Responsabilidades

• Owns comprehensive technical requirements documents understood by local and global teams.
• Leads the electronics product engineering project team with local and global resources.
• Manages New Product Development with feedback cycles, corrective actions and deliverable closure.
• Makes high-stakes design and product success decisions with urgency and clarity.
