The role blends strong project management, client-facing leadership, and relationship management to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery teams across onshore and nearshore workstreams.

• Strong communication and presentation skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Mexico-based production lead for a high-profile automotive client.
• Lead client relationships and ensure clear communication and updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across onshore and nearshore workstreams.
• Oversee production workflow from briefing to delivery and maintain quality standards.
