Publicis Groupe is seeking an Account Manager, Production Operations in the Mexico City area to lead client relationships and production workflows for global brands. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets and quality, and drive efficiency and innovation across campaigns.

The role requires 5+ years in a related field, advanced English, and strong stakeholder management within an agency setting.

Formación

5+ years of experience in an account management, producer, or project management role within a creative or production agency.
Experience managing client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
Understanding of creative production, content workflows, and digital campaigns.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and internal agency stakeholders.
Lead status meetings, production reviews and project updates.
Translate client objectives into actionable production plans and manage scope.
Oversee end-to-end production from intake to final delivery and ensure quality and deadlines.
Monitor workload, priorities and resource allocation across multiple projects.
Drive adherence to production workflows, governance and best practices.
Identify risks and implement corrective actions; support cost management and profitability.
