A global engineering firm is seeking an SAP Consultant to support the WM and TMS areas. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a dedicated global team to resolve incidents and enhance SAP systems functionality. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and at least three years of relevant experience. This position requires expertise in SAP WM and TMS processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. Inclusion and environmental responsibility are key priorities for the firm.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in supporting WM and TMS areas.
• Understanding of interfaces between Cloud & SAP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with WM organisation structure and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support SAP WM and TMS to solve incidents.
• Investigate root causes of incidents for future prevention.
• Collaborate with IT specialists and communicate with business users.

Job Description

We arelooking for an enthusiastic SAP Consultant in WM and TMS area. This team is responsible for supporting our existing Enterprise Requirement Planning (ERP) systems and Business Intelligence (BI) systems supporting us in its’ digitalization and electrification agenda across the globe.

Job Responsibilities

As our new colleague, you will be part of a well-functioning global team of committed and skilled IT consultants, supporting Hana technology. In this role, you will not only get to showcase your solid IT talent, SAP and analytical skills by being part of the digital transformation of a leading global organization, but you will also get to test your distant collaboration and IT consultancy skills.

Your immediate core focus will be to monitor and support our SAP WM and TMS to solve incidents as soon as possible, as well as investigating the root cause of problems to avoid incidents in the future for Americas business time zone, which involves close cooperation with other IT specialists and frequent communication with business users.

Warehouse management

Would require hands on experience on below topics:

• WM Organisation structure
• Put away process and strategies
• Stock removal processes and strategies
• Storage unit and Handling unit management
• Physical inventory
• Warehouse label – Transfer order printing
• WM IDOCs

Experience on below topics would be plus:

• Serial numbers
• STO process
• RF mobile data entry and
• Knowledge on EWM

Transport management system

• Good experience on IDOCs – DESADV, SHPMNT and 3PL IDOCs.
• Familiar with Delivery and Shipment documents.
• Quick understanding of business processes.
• Should able to work under pressure, since we have frequent Priority cases.

Experience on below topics would be plus:

• Experience on 3PL processes.
• Knowledge on Transportation management processes.

For ensuring your success in the new role, we expect you to have a relevant Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in IT or Engineering as well as 3 years of experience in supporting WM and\or TMS areas and an understanding of interfaces between Cloud & SAP solutions.
