Flextronics - The Flex Company seeks a Senior Process Engineer specialized in Solder Cold Plate (SCP) in Guadalajara at the North Campus. You will oversee SCP operations, lead a team of engineers, and act as the primary technical contact for international clients while driving Lean improvements.

You should have a BA/BS, Advanced English, and deep SCP experience, with SMT line proficiency including DEK, SPI, and Camelot. A proactive, cross-functional leader will thrive in this role.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced English required.
• SMT proficiency in printing, inspection and dispensing.
• Experience with Solder Cold Plate processes and related troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with vacuum thermal processing and flux application.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and optimize SCP processes to ensure high yield and quality.
• Lead SMT line management including DEK printing, SPI inspection, and Camelot dispensing.
• Mentor and coach engineers; communicate with international clients in English.
• Drive Lean initiatives to reduce cycle times and costs while improving product quality.
• Develop and maintain process documentation (PFMEA, control plans, flowcharts).
