Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Juarez City is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to drive complex Process Engineering projects within the Supply Chain. You will ensure engineering outputs meet customer needs, manage non-conformances, and implement corrective actions across manufacturing processes.

The role requires experience in medical industry, GMP practices, and advanced English; on-site work in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, with leadership responsibilities and coaching of junior staff.

Formación

• Engineering any specialty.
• Master of Science and/or Certification is recommended.
• From 4 to 6 years in a similar position preferably.
• Experience in medical industry preferably
• Knowledge in good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical industry.
• Design of experiments
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
• Management of statistical procedures.
• Knowledge of computational packages
• Oral communication skills; and written in Spanish
• Senior Process Engineer: Strong understanding of standard costs and work standards.
• Knowledge of production processes.
• Advanced English

Responsabilidades

• Develops complex Process Engineering Supply Chain project plans, key milestones, and objectives to ensure engineering outputs meet customer’s operational needs and requirements.
• Oversees communication to management of any Process Engineering non-conformance, subsequent corrective, and preventive actions, by documenting, investigating, and conducting root cause analysis, and successfully implementing corrective actions.
• Configures key performance Process Engineering reports to ensure visibility and control.
• Administers process validations on all ongoing Process Engineering initiatives for subsequent operational integration and supply chain implementation.
• Leads, under limited supervision, Process Engineering Technician activity, supporting and enforcing site-specific safety and industrial hygiene requirements.
• Completes escalation and monitoring of process engineering issues or concerns to the next management level.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
