Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, seeks a Supply Chain Engineer to manage projects with suppliers and ensure uninterrupted component flow for assembly operations. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to meet instrument requirements, quality, cost and delivery targets.
Responsibilities include supplier process improvements, tooling qualification, and cost analyses, while coordinating cross‑functional activities and maintaining compliance
Formación
- B.S. Engineering degree.
- Generally, requires 4–6 years related experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Group integration, multifunctional tasking and coordinates collaboration between multiple functional groups.
- Lean and Six Sigma Skills.
Responsabilidades
- Complete projects with suppliers to improve supplier process and the maintenance capability of the supplier’s process.
- Determine the requirements of tools and spare parts to maintain the supply of components.
- Provide technical support for approval/validation of changes and supplier process improvements.
- Produce component cost comparisons and analyze alternative manufacturing methods for CIP.
- Sustain supply chain continuity by qualifying and validating supplier tooling.
