Ohmite Manufacturing in Matamoros, MX seeks a senior Engineering/Program Manager to lead new product development and industrialization from concept through launch. You will direct cross-functional teams across Industrial, Process, Drafting, and Data Entry to ensure on-time, cost-effective execution.

You will drive Lean initiatives, validate processes, and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements while providing leadership and coaching to engineers and drafters.

Summary:

Leads the development and industrialization of new products and processes, ensuring successful execution from concept through production launch.
