HSBC Holdings plc in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Analyst Pricing to join MSS Data Ops. The role supports pricing information across Global Markets and Securities Services and operates in a hybrid work environment.

You will ensure timely, accurate processing of client instructions, identify process improvements, and maintain internal controls while delivering high-quality customer service in a multinational setting.

Formación

• Fluent in English – spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge on Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives & FX related products & Money Market products.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure and deliver work within agreed timeframes and meet high-quality standards.
• Deliver high-quality customer-driven service with accuracy and timeliness.
• Understand and deliver excellent customer service; process customer instructions accurately.
• Proactively identify, suggest and design improvements in process workflows.
• Monitor and escalate common errors/irregular transactions per procedures.
• Maintain HSBC internal control standards and compliance with Group policies.
• Be aware of operational risk and ensure actions consider risk likelihood.
• Acquire and update knowledge on procedures and ensure work is completed on time.
• Respond to urgent work demands and be flexible with work timings.
